How Start Daily Exercise

Exercise is good for health but we have need to remember 6 things to start daily exercise.

1.Select a Perfect place with full of air & exercise time and duration.
2. Wear comfortable clothes.
3.Select activists you are able easy to do.
4.Start slowly & make it perfect.
5.Make it fun & track your progress.
6.Drink sufficient liquid.
